NOVELTY - A graphene lubricating oil comprises 150-200 pts. wt. base oil, 0.5-2 pts. wt. tackifier, 2-4 pts. wt. pour-point depressant, 1-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.5-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. detergent, and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene. The tackifier comprises ethylene-propylene copolymer, polymethacrylate, polyisobutylene, polyacrylamide and/or polyethylene glycol distearate. The pour-point depressant comprises alkylnaphthalene polymethacrylate, dimethyl fumarate, polyethylene glycol stearate and/or pentaerythritol stearate. USE - Graphene lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The graphene lubricating oil has excellent dispersibility and stability, good raw materials compatibility, high anti-wear property, good protective effect, prolonged service life of mechanical component, low cost, and high production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene lubricating oil comprises 150-200 pts. wt. base oil, 0.5-2 pts. wt. tackifier, 2-4 pts. wt. pour-point depressant, 1-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.5-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. detergent, and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene. The detergent comprises calcium lignosulfonate, sulfurized alkyl calcium phenol, sodium lauryl sulfate and/or lauryl betaine. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene lubricating oil comprising mixing base oil, dispersant, tackifier and graphene into ultrasonic oscillator, vibrating for 30-60 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, heating to 50-70 degrees C, and high-speed stirring for 20-40 minutes.
