NOVELTY - Aluminum material with superconducting heat performance comprises heat conducting material and defoaming agent coated on the surface of the aluminum alloy, dried and cured to obtain superconductive aluminum material, where the heat-conducting material is an epoxy resin composite material, and the preparation of the material involves dissolving the epoxides and defoaming agent in a solvent, adding filler, mixing and stirring to form an epoxide resin composite materials. USE - Aluminum material for electric appliance device. Uses include but are not limited to electronic appliance, ship industry, chemical industry, aerospace, metal package, traffic transportation field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides aluminum material with superconducting heat performance, based on the problem that the existing aluminum alloy heat conductivity is not enough to improve. The method coats the epoxy resin on the surface of the cerium-aluminum alloy, prevents the oxidation of the surface, improves the service life, and ensures the radiating effect.
