NOVELTY - Preparing soil-borne disease inhibiting liquid involves adding atomic silver, hypochlorous acid water and graphene respectively into material roller inside storage cavity through hopper for preparing soil-borne disease inhibiting liquid, controlling electromagnetic valve to turn on prepare material to fall on fan-shaped sheet, along with increase of weight of material, fan-shaped sheet is prepared, where arc-shaped sliding plate slides down, until three preparation material reaches corresponding mixing proportion. The shaft column is controlled to drive three fan shaped sheets to rotate synchronously. The chamber bottom portion formed by arc-shaped sliding plate and mounting seat is opened. After sliding along guide blade, three kinds of preparation material is spiral inside end face of discharge nozzle. The hypochlorous acid water and atom silver liquid in state of liquid are discharged outwards through discharge nozzle after primarily mixing with powder-shaped graphene. USE - Method for preparing soil-borne disease inhibiting liquid. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to avoid graphene, which is good for working staff, reduces loss of graphite, and helps factory to prepare large batch of inhibiting liquid.
