NOVELTY - Use of graphene is claimed, as reinforcing agent in PCR. USE - The graphene is useful as reinforcing agent in PCR (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene increases specificity of PCR within 14 mu gm/l and 25 degrees C and primer annealing temperature. The amplification products which are added with the graphene do not influence primer sequence and length through sequencing tests.
