NOVELTY - A shielding coating comprises 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0-9 pts. wt. conductive carbon material, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant (I), 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant (II), 0.5-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-87.5 pts. wt. interface agent, 10-20 pts. wt. binder, and remaining deionized water. The dispersant (I) and the dispersant (II) are one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, sodium sulfate, sodium carboxylate. USE - Shielding coating. ADVANTAGE - The shielding coating is environmentally-friendly and has better dispersion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a shielding coating preparation device, which comprises a frame and a grinding and mixing tank. The grinding and mixing tank is provided with a grinding disc (I), a grinding disc (II), and a stirring filter plate. The grinding disc (I) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the grinding and mixing tank. The grinding disc (I) and the grinding disc (II) are arranged up and down. A feeding hopper is arranged in the middle of the grinding disc (I). A feeding pipe is arranged in the middle of the feeding hopper.
