▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The PMMA based graphene explosion pressure test sensor comprises a first boron nitride (2) provided on the substrate (1) through a transfer process, and the graphene (3) is provided on the first boron nitride through a transfer process. The both ends of the graphene are sputtered with electrodes (5) through the micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) process, and the graphene is provided with second boron nitride (4) through the transfer process. An encapsulation layer (6) is provided on the second boron nitride. The substrate is made of organic glass block material, and the electrode is made of aurum material with a thickness of about 200nm. USE - Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) based graphene explosion pressure test sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has small sensitive element size, fast response, high sensitivity, large range, high precision, and is suitable for the measurement of micro-scale charge detonation pressure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of a PMMA-based graphene burst pressure test sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a PMMA based graphene explosion pressure test sensor.
