NOVELTY - Slurry for backside printing of tunnel oxidation passivation contact (TOPCon) battery, comprises 85-92 pts. wt. silver powder, 2-5 pts. wt. glass powder, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide modified acrylic resin, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. curing crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. high-purity carbon powder and 1-10 pts. wt. organic solvent. The curing crosslinking agent comprises an aqueous isocyanate crosslinking agent and dibutyltin dilaurate with a mass ratio of 1:0.4-0.5. USE - Slurry for backside printing of tunnel oxidation passivation contact (TOPCon) battery. ADVANTAGE - The slurry: utilizes the oxidation modified graphene acrylic resin and high-purity carbon powder, which form a crosslinked network structure, thus improving the stability of the slurry, reducing the shrinkage stress of slurry in the drying process, avoiding the problem of TOPCon battery performance and pollution of the transport belt caused by the grid line over-baking falling in slurry drying process; and utilizes the high purity carbon powder that is uniformly distributed in the back slurry to reduce the shrinkage stress of the back printing slurry during drying process and to improve the printing performance and the conversion efficiency of the TOPCon batteries.
