The reactor is at 220-480 degrees C, and has hydrogen flow rate of 20-100 sccm, growth time of 10-60 minutes and reaction pressure of 1-50 Torr. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene is prepared with high quality by simple and economical method.
