▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fluorinated graphene quantum dots preparation involves treating fluorinated graphite with sodium and potassium hydroxide at atmospheric pressure at 170-180 degrees C, and then dissolving in water under ultrasonic dispersion. The resulting mixture is filtered, washed and dried to give alkali treated fluorinated graphite. The alkali treated fluorinated graphite is added in 70-98 wt.% sulfuric acid with stirring for 2-5 hours, and then placed into 65-68 wt.% concentrated nitric acid for 20-30 hours. USE - Method for preparing fluorinated graphene quantum dots (claimed) for use in biological, sensing and photovoltaic device. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares fluorinated graphene quantum dots in a simple manner with great application prospect in biological, sensing and photovoltaic device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fluorinated graphene quantum dots preparation involves treating fluorinated graphite with sodium and potassium hydroxide at atmospheric pressure at 170-180 degrees C, and then dissolving in water under ultrasonic dispersion. The resulting product is diluted with water, where the pH value is adjusted at 8 by adding sodium carbonate. The resulting mixture is filtered to give fluorinated graphene quantum dots. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic high infrared spectrum of the fluorinated graphene quantum dots. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
