NOVELTY - Laser manufacturing of porous graphene, involves carrying out sol-gel process by growing layer of mesoporous silica on both sides of graphite thin layer, calcining and reducing silica-graphene oxide dilute-silica composite, dissolving silica-graphite thin-silica composite material in anhydrous ethanol to obtain silica-graphite dilute-silica alcohol solution, setting laser parameters, magnetically stirring, mixing the obtained solution with concentration of hydrofluoric acid solution, leaving still, centrifuging and removing the upper solution to obtain final product. USE - Method for laser manufacturing of porous graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly method enables laser manufacturing of porous graphene with large aperture at low preparation cost, and changes the pore size of graphene, by changing the sol-gel method using surfactants. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for laser manufacturing of porous graphene, involves (1) carrying out sol-gel process by growing layer of mesoporous silica on both sides of graphite thin layer, obtaining sandwich structure of silica-graphene oxide dilute-silica composite, (2) calcining and reducing silica-graphene oxide dilute-silica composite, obtaining sandwich structure of silica-graphite thin-silica composite material, (3) dissolving silica-graphite thin-silica composite material in anhydrous ethanol to obtain silica-graphite dilute-silica alcohol solution, (4) setting laser parameters, adjusting laser focus position, processing silica-graphite dilute-silica solution, magnetically stirring and applying a water bath, (5) mixing the obtained solution with concentration of hydrofluoric acid solution, leaving still for period of time, (6) centrifuging and removing the upper solution to obtain porous structure of graphene.
