NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene radiating film with fractal structure comprises uniformly dispersing and distributing graphene microsheet in solution into two-dimensional layer, filtering, spraying or casting on flexible substrate, drying to obtain graphene film layer, nano-imprinting graphene film through hydraulic pressure or roller hot embossing device to needed thickness and shape, forming fractal structure on surface, and peeling graphene film from flexible substrate. USE - Method for preparing graphene radiating film with fractal structure used for radiating electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The film has greater relative specific surface area of graphene sheet-shaped micro-convex radiating film surface which can be fully contacted with the heat source, greatly increases heat exchange between the heat source, can use radiation cooling, has low cost no environmental pollution, and is simple and suitable for mass production.
