▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing silicon-carbon-graphene composite involves mixing silicon, carbon source, and graphene oxide in a single process to prepare a dispersed suspension, forming the suspension into a silicon-carbon source-graphene oxide complex through an aerosol process, and forming a silicon-carbon-graphene composite by heat-treating the silicon-carbon source-graphene oxide composite. The concentration of silicon is 0.1-0.5 wt.% based on the suspension, the concentration of carbon source is 0.1-0.3 wt.% based on the suspension, and the concentration of graphene oxide is 0.1-0.3 wt.% based on the suspension. The ratio of silicon, carbon source and graphene oxide has a weight ratio of 1.5:1:1, and the average particle size of the silicon-carbon-graphene composite is 2-3 mu m. USE - Method for manufacturing silicon-carbon-graphene composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture silicon-carbon-graphene composite which uses an easy and simple process and can increase excellent capacity and retention.
