▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coating a substrate involves (a) applying a composition comprising graphene sheets, graphite, and at least one polymer, to the substrate, and (b) curing the composition at not greater than 135 degrees C to form a coating. The polymer has a melting point or glass transition temperature of not greater than 100 degrees C, and comprises an acid modified ethylene acrylate and/or an ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer, and the weight ratio of graphite to graphene sheets is 50:50-85:15. The composition is applied to the substrate by printing method(s) chosen from screen printing, gravure printing, offset printing, and flexographic printing. USE - Coating of substrate used to form printed electronic device (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to smart packaging and labels, solar cell applications, flexible displays, LED displays, cellular telephones, computers, navigation systems, microwave circuits, antennas, diffraction gratings, indicators, chipless tags, membrane switches, backplanes, thin film batteries, security and theft deterrence from stores, library, key pads, smart cards, sensors, pet identification, livestock control, etc,. ADVANTAGE - The method uses low curing temperatures i.e. not greater than 90 degrees C, which is economical.
