▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for constructing a multifunctional graphene gene vector, involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene quantum dots in water, adding 3-5 times branched polyethyleneimine with a molecular weight of 10,000-25,000, ultrasonically dispersing, adding 50-100% 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimide, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring overnight at room temperature, filtering the mixture, dialyzing the filtrate, and freeze-drying the filtrate. USE - The method is used for constructing multifunctional graphene gene vector which is used in gene transfection (claimed) and in cell biology research and gene therapy. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The constructed vector has low toxicity and transfection efficiency of 80.57%.
