NOVELTY - A wear-resistant and fireproof plastic comprises 3-5 pts. wt. filler, 60-65 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.75-0.88 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 60-80 pts. wt. carrier, 10-12 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide and 3-4 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Wear-resistant and fireproof plastic. ADVANTAGE - The plastic has excellent mechanical strength, fireproof property and wear resistance due to the use of molybdenum disulfide and graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of wear-resistant and fireproof plastic, which involves (1) mixing the flame retardant and the silane coupling agent into a mixing tank, taking out after high-speed stirring for 1-2 hours, and drying to obtain Mixture (A) is ready for use, and (2) mixing the mixture (A), the carrier and the filler of the step one together, and then adding them into the granulator for granulation treatment after stirring, and taking out the mixture (B) for use after completion.
