USE - Preparation of graphene-polyvinyl chloride composite material used for packing material, construction field and medical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of efficiecnt graphene-polyvinyl chloride composite material having improved graphene powder and polyvinyl chloride compatibility, by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-polyvinyl chloride composite material involves adding graphene and deionized water into a reaction kettle, regulating pH value to strong alkaline side using pH regulator, adding 2,2'-azobis isobutyramidine dihydrochloride as intitiator, stirring for 2 hours, washing, vacuum drying, obtaining azo initiator-anchored graphene, refrigerating under dark, adding dispersing agent, deionized water and emulsifying agent into a graphene emulsion-formulation tank, stirring by high speed-stirrer for 30 minutes, adding azo initiator-anchored graphene, stirring until there is no surface graphene powder, emulsifying, heating to 70 degrees C with temperature increasing speed of 0.5 degrees C/minute, adding defoaming agent, stirring for 2-4 hours, preparing graphene emulsion with concentration of 0.1-10%, adding vinyl chloride monomer and graphene emulsion into a reactor, stirring, obtaining suspension emulsion, performing polymerization reaction in presence of catalyst at 45-65 degrees C for 4-8 hours, preparaing graphene-polyvinyl chloride resin slurry, processing the obtained slurry, removing unreacted vinyl chloride monomer by stripping, centrifugal dewatering, and drying.
