▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a polymer sponge sensing material based on rigid and flexible two-component conductive fillers, comprises (1) blending two different types of rigid conductive fillers and flexible conductive fillers with different types of polymer material matrices by physical or chemical treatment, and (2) taking mixture of the rigid-flexible two-component conductive filler and the polymer matrix, physically or chemically pore-forming, and obtaining polymer sponge sensing material based on rigid and flexible two-component conductive fillers. USE - Method for preparing a polymer sponge sensing material based on rigid and flexible two-component conductive fillers, which is used in electronic field e.g. electronic sensor (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to human body motion monitoring device, core component element of electronic skin and intelligent robot. ADVANTAGE - The high molecular sponge based on rigid-flexible double-component conductive filler has excellent and stable electrical performance and mechanical property. By adjusting the type of the two components of rigid conductive and flexible conductive fillers, proportion and adding amount, and micro-pore structure and mechanical properties of adjusting polymer material sponge, different types of multifunctional, high sensitivity, fast response, and low-cost macromolecule material sponge can be prepared.
