▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphite oxide is dispersed in distilled water, and ultrasonic ray is irradiated to solution, to obtain aqueous solution of graphene oxide. Further, hydrazine hydrate is added to graphite-oxide dispersion, reacted and heated, to obtain graphene dispersion. The graphene dispersion is centrifuged, washed and parched, to obtain graphene. The graphene is added to aqueous solution of soluble salt, graphene is dispersed, precipitating agent is added, centrifuged, washed and heat-treated, to obtain graphene inorganic nano-composite. USE - Manufacture of graphene inorganic nano-composite used as catalyst, energy storing material and drug delivery system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A crystalline graphite powder, sodium nitrate, concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate are mixed in ice bath in ratio of 1:60-130:1-3:4-10, the mixture is reacted by heating at room temperature for 1-24 hours, the reaction mixture is diluted with distilled water, and reacted by heating at 80-100 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours. Then, distilled water and 30% hydrogen peroxide are added to the reaction system, the solution is centrifuged, washed with diluted hydrochloric acid, distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol until the solution is neutral, and the product is parched at 60-80 degrees C, to obtain graphite oxide. The obtained graphite oxide is dispersed in distilled water, and ultrasonic ray is irradiated to the solution, to obtain aqueous solution of graphene oxide. Further, hydrazine hydrate is added to the graphite-oxide dispersion, reacted at room temperature for 4-24 hours, heated the mixture to 70-100 degrees C and again reacted for 2-10 hours, to obtain graphene dispersion. The obtained graphene dispersion is centrifuged, washed with distilled water and ethyl alcohol, and parched at 60-80 degrees C, to obtain graphene. The graphene is added to 0.1-3 mol/L aqueous solution of soluble salt corresponding to the required composite, graphene is dispersed using ultrasonic ray, precipitating agent is added until no new precipitate appears, the reaction mixture is centrifuged under high speed, washed with distilled water until the precipitator and acid-group ions are removed, and heat-treated, to obtain graphene inorganic nano-composite. The ratio of crystalline graphite powder, distilled water and hydrogen peroxide is 1:80-300:10.
