NOVELTY - Bio-based nylon 56 graphene functional fiber comprises 30-50 pts. wt. bio-based nylon 56, 10-20 pts. wt. colored master batch, 30-50 pts. wt. distilled water, 20-30 pts. wt. cotton flame retardant fiber, and 10-20 pts. wt. graphene fiber. USE - Used as bio-based nylon 56 graphene functional fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes low temperature far infrared, antibacterial, anti-ultraviolet, anti-static and other composite functions is integrated, and increases practicality. The functional fiber has high strength and good elasticity, and has wider range of applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing bio-based nylon 56 graphene functional fiber, comprising (i) adding 15 pts. wt. coloring master batch, 15 pts. wt. coloring master batch into the dryer for drying treatment for 3-5 hours, the drying temperature is 100-300 degrees C, and removing out, (ii) placing 40 pts. wt. bio-based nylon 56 in dryer for drying treatment for 3-5 hours, the drying temperature is 150-300 degrees C, removing out, (iii) adding 40 pts. wt. bio-based nylon 56, 25 pts. wt. cotton flame-retardant fiber, 15 pts. wt. colored master batch, 40 pts. wt. distilled water into reaction kettle, heating, stirring for 1-3 hours, the heating temperature is 100-300 degrees C, and removing out to obtain the mixture, (iv) adding the mixture and 15 pts. wt. graphene fiber into screw extruder, melting the mixture, and extruding by screw extruder, the melting temperature is 300-500 degrees C, (v) insulating the melted mixture by high-temperature heat-conducting oil vapor into the spinning pump to accurately measure and pressurize the melt, ejecting the precisely measured melt through the special-shaped nozzle of the spinneret, (vi) cooling to 280-320 degrees C constant temperature and humidity air flow generated by the air conditioning system through the spinning shaft to obtain primary fibers, (vii) bundling the nascent fibers, spinning oiling through the oil nozzle, through the hot roller, drawing the draft from 2.8-3 into the deformation tube, expanding and accumulating on the fiber by 200-210 degrees C hot compressed air flow to form curl, and (viii) carrying out cold solidification by cooling drum cooling to obtain bulked yarn, knotting the yarn network by air knotter to reduce looseness, and winding and packaging using high-speed winding head to obtain finished product.
