NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a glass substrate (1) by surface decontamination process. A graphite alkene layer film (2) is attached on the glass substrate. A hole transmitting layer (3) is attached on the graphite alkene layer film. Vacuum vapor deposition process is performed. An organic electroluminescence device is formed with a light-emitting layer (4). An organic electroluminescent device is attached to the light emitting layer. An opaque metal electrode is attached to an upper part of an electronic transmission layer (5). USE - Method for manufacturing graphene organic light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables performing graphene organic light emitting device manufacturing process in a simple and convenient manner.
