NOVELTY - The catalytic conversion method of aldehyde ketone sugar, involves taking carbon nanotubes or graphene oxide modified supported metal element as catalyst, using aldose as substrate, adding catalyst to aldose solution, carrying out catalyzing isomerization of aldose to ketose and 2C isomerization to obtain epimeric sugars or using a fixed bed, passing aldose solution through fixed bed containing catalyst, carrying out catalyzing isomerization of aldose to ketose, and 2C isomerization to obtain epimeric sugars. USE - Catalytic conversion method of aldehyde ketone sugar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables catalytic conversion of aldehyde ketone sugar at low cost by simple process, and achieves high heterogeneous efficiency, low energy consumption and environmentally-friendly.
