NOVELTY - Preparation of photothermal therapy tumor targeting nanocarrier comprises taking graphene oxide as carrier, hydrothermally loading molybdenum disulfide on graphene oxide and performing polyethylene glycol modification. USE - Method for preparing photothermal therapy tumor targeting nanocarrier used for tumor cell, particularly Hela cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocarrier has simple, convenient and mild-condition preparation, synergistic effect, higher drug load ratio of greater than or equal to 80%, drug release rate of 78% and higher photothermal conversion rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of photothermal therapy tumor-targeting nanocarrier loaded medicine comprising taking 2 mL of 0.1-1.0m g/mL photothermal therapy tumor-targeting nanocarrier sample, adding 2 mL of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL doxorubicin hydrochloride solution, ultrasonically processing for 0.5-1.5 hours, magnetically stirring overnight, performing ultra-filtration, centrifuging at speed of 3500-7000 revolutions/minute (rpm), washing for 4-5 times, discarding ultra-filtrate, adding water and collecting product.
