NOVELTY - Manufacture of flame-retardant antibacterial yarn involves (i) using polyimide fiber as raw material, antistatic pretreating raw materials, packing upper groove, using A002D bale plucker, A036B cotton slitter, A092A cotton feeder, A076C lap former and A186G cotton carding machine to obtain polyimide fiber sliver, (ii) using graphene fibers as raw materials, preparing raw strips by pre-treating raw material, and using A002D bale plucker, A036B cotton slitter, A092A cotton feeder, A076C lap former and A186G cotton carding machine to obtain graphene fiber silver, and (iii) arranging polyimide fiber sliver and the graphene fiber sliver, pre-mixing, heading, final merging, roving, spinning and winding into yarn. The prepared yarn has yarn count of 30-60 and contains 30-70% graphene fiber and 70-30% polyimide fiber. USE - Manufacture of flame-retardant antibacterial yarn. ADVANTAGE - The method produces flame-retardant antibacterial yarn which protects the daily life and health of people.
