NOVELTY - Preparation of ordered graphene conductive polyimide film involves mixing pyromellitic dianhydride and diaminodiphenyl ether with dimethylacetamide, obtaining polyimide solution, pressing solution, forming liquid film, heating, drying, evaporating polyimide film, adding mixed powder into the solvent, obtaining conductive coating liquid, dispersing conductive coating liquid using dispersion machine, imidizing wrapped conductive coating film into furnace, drying, immersing polyimide film into graphite oxide colloidal suspension, washing using anhydrous ethanol and drying. USE - Preparation of ordered graphene conductive polyimide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides ordered graphene conductive polyimide film having improved production efficiency, by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ordered graphene conductive polyimide film involves mixing pyromellitic dianhydride and diaminodiphenyl ether with dimethylacetamide, obtaining polyimide solution, performing salivation, pressing, forming liquid film, heating, drying at high temperature, evaporating polyimide film, mixing metal powder and carbon powder in the weight ratio of 2:3-1:2, adding mixed powder into the solvent, obtaining conductive coating liquid, dispersing conductive coating liquid using dispersion machine, placing polyimide film into conductive coating film, wrapping conductive coating film on the surface of polyimide film, imidizing wrapped conductive coating film into the furnace, performing imidization process, stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, adding pyridine and acetic anhydride, stirring for one night at room temperature, drying, uniformly mixing graphite powder, sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid, chemically reacting, vacuum-drying graphite oxide, grinding using grinding machine, preparing suspension with concentration of 3.5 mg/mL processed by centrifuge for 20 minutes to remove suspended impurities in the liquid, obtaining graphite oxide colloidal suspension, immersing polyimide film into graphite oxide colloidal suspension, adding suspension to control the film thickness, drying, subjecting graphene conductive polyimide film to reduction treatment using an ethanol solution for 1 hour, washing using anhydrous ethanol and drying. The volume ratio of pyromellitic dianhydride and diaminodiphenyl ether is 1:3-1:4. The weight ratio of sodium nitrate and graphite powder is 2:1. The concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid is more than 98%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for ordered graphene conductive polyimide film, which has polyimide base layer, conductive cover ring and ordered graphene layer.
