▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-ink absorption and high-transfer rate thermal sublimation transfer paper comprises a base layer, an ink absorption coating, a water absorption coating and an anti-permeation layer. The anti-permeation layer is applied on the surface of the base layer. The ink-absorbing coating is applied on the surface of the anti-permeation layer after the anti-permeation layer is solidified. The water-absorbing coating is applied on the surface of the ink-absorbing coating after the ink-absorbing coating is solidified. The ink-absorbing coating is prepared by using 12-18 pts. wt. graphene powder, 8-15 pts. wt. viscose fibers, 4-8 pts. wt. chitosan, 2-4 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol emulsion, 2-4 pts. wt. plasticizer and 3-4 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate emulsion. The water-absorbing coating is prepared by using 4-6 pts. wt. starch, 8-15 pts. wt. polyethylene oxide emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. plasticizer and 5-8 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate emulsion. USE - High-ink absorption and high-transfer rate thermal sublimation transfer paper used for hot transfer printing of image formed on surface of medium. ADVANTAGE - The thermal sublimation transfer paper has high ink absorption and high transfer rate. The water-absorbing coating is prepared by using 4-6 pts. wt. starch, 8-15 pts. wt. polyethylene oxide emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. plasticizer and 5-8 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate emulsion. The anti-permeation layer is prepared by using 6-8 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 3-5 pts. wt. urea-formaldehyde resin, 4-6 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-3 pts. wt. plasticizer and 1-6 pts. wt. nanotitanium dioxide dispersion 1-6 parts. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the thermal sublimation transfer paper.
