NOVELTY - Method for selectively functionalizing digital light for processing three-dimensional (3D) printing model, involves preparing (1) neutral photosensitive resin with a light curing monomer (A), preparing (2) photosensitive resin with positive charge group of cationic monomer, diluent and light curing monomer (B), introducing (3) model to be printed into digital light processing 3D printer, printing and solidifying neutral photosensitive resin and the photosensitive resin with positive charge group according to design of model, cleaning (3') obtained model, removing uncured monomer, dispersing (4) functional material in solution containing anionic surfactant to obtain functional material dispersion with negative charge, soaking (5) the model into functional material dispersion liquid, and taking out after predetermined time. USE - Method for selectively functionalizing digital light for processing 3D printing model used for preparing 3D printed electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and efficient, has low cost, and wide application prospect on the preparation of the electronic device of 3D printing.
