▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-polylactic acid antibacterial masterbatch involves (S1) using modified Hummers method to prepare uniformly dispersed graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (S2) dissolving guanidine compound in water, adding the obtained dispersion liquid, stirring and heating to make the guanidine compound molecule wound on the surface of graphene oxide two-dimensional sheet structure through electrostatic interaction, filtering, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain guanidine salt-graphene composite, and (S3) melt-mixing the guanidine salt-graphene composite with polylactic acid substrate, extruding, and granulating. USE - Preparation of graphene-polylactic acid antibacterial masterbatch used for preparing sheet material, film and nonwoven fabric (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has excellent mechanical performance and antibacterial performance.
