NOVELTY - Highly thermal conductivity silicone grease comprises 50-60 wt.% high thermal conductivity filler comprising 5-10 wt.% modified graphene and 90-95 wt.% copper powders of two different particle sizes, 1-2 wt.% surface modifying agent, 1-2 wt.% surface treating agent and remaining amount of organosilicone oil, where the surface of the copper powder has a coating layer. USE - Used as highly thermal conductivity silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The silicone grease: uses spherical copper powders of two particle sizes as fillers, which improves heat transfer area and oxidation resistance; uses modified graphene, which improves the compatibility of fillers with silicone oil; adds surface treating agent to the system, which reduces the thermal resistance of thermal grease and avoids the precipitation of silicone oil; can be placed for a long time, which does not separates silicone oil out. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing highly thermal conductivity silicone grease comprising adding graphene to ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing, adding surface modifying agent, heating under reflux, performing vacuum filtration, washing and drying to obtain modified graphene, grading copper powder, ball milling in a ball mill, transferring the ball milled copper powder to copper nitrate solution, dispersing uniformly, then filtering, evaporating, drying and sintering to obtain copper-coated copper powder, adding copper oxide-coated copper powder and silicone oil to a planetary stirring/defoaming machine, adding modified graphene, continuously stirring, defoaming mixing, adding surface treating agent, stirring and removing after vacuum heating.
