▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene is produced from a graphite material by (a) dispersing graphite material in a solution to form graphite suspension; and (b) shearing and exfoliating the graphite material to produce a graphene-containing solution by subjecting the graphite suspension at a pressure of greater than or equal to 800 bar and a temperature of not greater than 30 degrees C. USE - Production of graphene from a graphite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene produced by the method exhibits high uniformity of thickness. Because the method does not involve using reducing agent, oxidizing agent, acid, or alkaline and the entire process is maintained at low temperature, the graphene produced exhibits low-defect density.
