NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified polyester film comprises e.g. taking graphene dispersion to concentrated sulfuric acid in reaction flask in ice bath, adding 90 ml, stirring and adding 2 g graphite powder and 4 g sodium nitrate solid mixture, adding 10 g potassium permanganate at least three times, adding reaction temperature control is not greater than 20 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 30 minutes, heating the water bath to 35 degrees C, stirring continuously for 5 hours, pouring slowly 180 ml de-ionized water, heating water bath to 98 degrees C, stirring continuously for 30 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide the solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified polyester film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent mechanical property and anti-ultraviolet effects, good tensile strength and ultraviolet resistant property, has mechanical and ultraviolet resisting property, and has good thermodynamic compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified polyester film comprises (i) taking the graphene dispersion to the concentrated sulfuric acid in the reaction flask in ice bath, adding 90 ml, stirring and adding 2 g graphite powder and 4 g sodium nitrate solid mixture, adding 10 g potassium permanganate at least three times, adding reaction temperature control is not greater than 20 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 30 minutes, heating the water bath to 35 degrees C, stirring continuously for 5 hours, pouring slowly 180 ml de-ionized water, heating water bath to 98 degrees C, stirring continuously for 30 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide the solution becomes bright yellow, reacting until no gas is finished, drying fully filtering when it is hot, using dilute hydrochloric acid and de-ionized water to wash the product, where the filter cake in 60 degrees C in a vacuum drying box to obtain the graphite oxide, adding 100 mg graphite oxide dispersed in a 100 g aqueous solution, obtaining brown yellow suspension, dispersing for at least 1 hour, keeping under the condition of ultrasonic to obtain stable dispersion, transferring to a four-mouth flask, heating to 80 degrees C, dropping 2 ml hydrazine hydrate, filtering after reacting for 24 hours under the condition, washing the obtained product with methanol and de-ionized water for many times, drying fully in the vacuum drying box of 60 degrees C to obtain the graphene, dispersing the graphene by probe ultrasonic in ethylene glycol at 2 hours by optical microscope observation well dispersed, preparing from 0.18-1.76 wt.% graphene, graphene modified polyester dispersion, synthesis 0.18-1.76 wt.% the preparing graphene dispersion and terephthalic acid according to the molar ratio of 1.2:1 are mixing for pulping, adding catalyst before the esterification reaction starts, heating stabilizer and antioxidant, mixing uniformly all the materials, adding to the polyester synthesis reactor, carrying out esterification and condensation polymerization, where the adding amount of the catalyst is 100 terephthalic acid, 500 ppm, adding amount of the heat stabilizer is terephthalic acid is 0.001-0.02%, adding amount of the antioxidant is 0.001 terephthalic acid, 0.03% esterification temperature when the esterification reaction is keeping between 240 and 260 degrees C, controlling the pressure at 100-300 kPa, the esterification reaction lasts 3-5 hours, when esterification the water quantity reaches more than 98% of the theoretical, the esterification reaction is finished, then control 30-80pa for polycondensation vacuum pressure, keeping temperature is at 255-285 degrees C, the reaction time is 2-4 hours to obtain the graphene modified polyester B, graphene modified polyester forming film forming: the prepared graphene modified polyester as a component A, common polyester co-extrusion compound forming AB or ABA three layer structure through T type die head as B component, the A component and B component, casting piece, biaxial stretching, heat setting and rolling to obtain the graphene modified polyester film of 20-400 mu m thickness.
