NOVELTY - Graphene composite semiconductive shielding material comprises 30-80 wt.% polyolefin copolymer material, 15-35 wt.% compound mixture of graphene material and conductive carbon black, 0.1-0.6 wt.% lubricant, and 0.2-1 wt.% antioxidant. USE - Graphene composite semiconductive shielding material for medium and high voltage power cable. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite semiconductive shielding material effectively reduces conductive carbon black content of shielding material, improves extrusion performance of shielding material, improves surface smoothness of shielding layer, improves cable shielding effect, increases electric field effect and reliability of long-term operation of cable, and is suitable for inner and outer shielding of cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene composite semiconductive shielding material for medium and high voltage power cable, which involves: (A) preparing compound mixture of graphene material and conductive carbon black by compounding and mixing graphene powder and conductive carbon black, mixing it at high speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute for 1-5 minutes to obtain a compound mixture of graphene material and conductive carbon black; (B) injecting a compounding amount of antioxidant and lubricant into compound mixture of graphene material and conductive carbon black; and (C) plasticizing and mixing polyolefin resin, compound mixture of graphene material containing antioxidant and lubricant and conductive carbon black respectively into mixer through different feeding ports, kneading and extruding in a mixer, granulating, drying and cooling it to obtain final product.
