NOVELTY - Heat dissipation paint, prepared by (i) manufacturing a structure-linked carbon nanomaterial by inserting a linear carbon nanomaterial between the planar carbon nanomaterial layers, where the planar carbon nanomaterial is graphene or graphite, and the linear carbon nanomaterial is carbon nanotube, carbon nanofiber or carbon fiber, (ii) mixing and adding a solvent to 0.1-30 wt.% carbon nanomaterial, (iii) adding 0.1-300 wt.% dispersing agent to the mixture of the carbon nanomaterial and solvent, and dispersing, and (iv) performing second dispersing of the first dispersed mixture, is claimed. USE - The heat dissipation paint is useful in heating element for furniture including tables, chairs and desks (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint: ensures that the temperature of a part of the furniture that comes into contact with the human body can be raised within a short time to provide convenience to the user and reduce antipathy including cold, and to help increase the indoor temperature; and reduces the power consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for heating element for furniture using heat dissipation paint, comprising a base member having a wire hole processed to pass an electric wire connected to an external power source, an electrode (200) attached to one surface of the base member, a heat dissipation paint coating layer applied to one surface of the base member and the electrode to a predetermined thickness, and a heating member attached to one surface of the base member so that the electrode and the heat dissipation paint coating layer are interposed in between.
