NOVELTY - Non-destructive method for transferring large-area graphene thin film involves carrying out alignment of graphene thin film grown on both surface of a metal substrate with transfer medium, rolling using a roller press, providing obtained layered material as negative electrode and a platinum electrode as positive electrode in electrolytic bath, introducing direct current voltage, rinsing the resultant product with distilled water, drying the resultant product in which transfer medium/graphene film bonded with the target substrate is obtained, and press-rolling. USE - Non-destructive method for transferring large-area graphene thin film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Non-destructive method for transferring large-area graphene thin film involves carrying out alignment of graphene thin film grown on both surface of a metal substrate with transfer medium, rolling using a roller press to obtain transfer medium/graphene film/metal substrate/graphene film/transfer medium layered material, providing the layered material as negative electrode and a platinum electrode as positive electrode in electrolytic bath, introducing direct current voltage in which transfer medium/graphene film is completely peeled from the metal substrate using etching solution, rinsing the resultant product with distilled water, drying the resultant product in which transfer medium/graphene film bonded with the target substrate is obtained, and press-rolling the resultant product in which graphene is transferred to the substrate.
