NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene reinforced polyolefin composite material, comprises (i) uniformly mixing concentrated sulfuric acid, graphite and sodium nitrate at low temperature, adding potassium permanganate, heating in a water bath, dropping hydrogen peroxide, adding ammonia or alcohol modifier, continuously stirring, pouring the mixed solution and cleaning to obtain yellow powder, (ii) crushing the polyolefin particles, adding the mixed powder, reducing agent silane coupling agent N, N-dimethyl acetamide, mixing and stirring, and (iii) melting, extruding and granulating the obtained mixed material, obtaining graphene polyol composite particles, and using as a functional graphene-resistant polyol composite material. USE - The method is useful in photoelectric field for preparing functionalized graphene reinforced polyolefin composite material, which is used for film, pipe material, plate, various forming product, wire and cable.Can also be used in material science, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedical and medicine delivery. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent antistatic performance.
