▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High solid content graphene absorption paint comprises 50-80 pts. wt. composite absorbing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. resin matrix, 2-10 pts. wt. epoxy toughening diluent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.3-1 pts. wt. anti-sagging agent and 3-5 pts. wt. solvent as component A; and curing agent as component B, where composite absorbing agent is electric loss absorbing agent and magnetic loss absorbing agent; electrical loss absorber consists of graphene and four-needle shaped zinc oxide whisker; and magnetic loss absorber is carbonyl iron powder, iron-silicon-aluminum powder and ferrite. USE - Used as high solid content graphene absorption paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent mechanical property, adhesive force, flexibility and wear resistance; improves the construction efficiency; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high solid content graphene absorption paint comprising (i) (a) mixing resin matrix, epoxy toughening diluent, solvent, dispersant, anti-settling agent, anti-sagging agent and composite absorbing agent, and sanding, (b) observing the viscosity of slurry before sanding, and viscosity is too large, and adding epoxy toughening diluents, (c) sanding to a fineness of less than or equal to 35 mu m, (d) adding graphene slurry into sanded slurry, sanding for 20 minutes, adding remaining epoxy toughening diluent and stirring, passing the test, filtering and packaging to obtain component A, (ii) mixing the components to obtain component B, and (iii) mixing component A and component B to obtain graphene absorbing paint, then spraying by using high pressure airless spray to a film thickness of 2-3 passes.
