NOVELTY - Preparation of sulfur-doped graphene or its derivatives involves mixing solution containing graphene or its derivatives with sulfur-containing acid and obtaining a suspension, freeze-drying suspension, calcining under protective atmosphere and obtaining sulfur-doped graphene or its derivative intermediate, cooling intermediate, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of sulfur-doped graphene or its derivatives used as anode material for sensor, lithium-sulfur battery, lithium-air battery, fuel cell and supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides sulfur-doped graphene or its derivatives with high pore capacity and conductivity, by simple method.
