NOVELTY - Antistatic acrylic resin comprises 9-10 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 9-10 pts. wt. n-butyl methacrylate, 3-4 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 6-7 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 6-7 pts. wt. isooctyl acrylate, 12-14 pts. wt. isobornyl methacrylate, 4-6 pts. wt. acrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. benzoyl peroxide, 22-25 pts. wt. water, 3-5 pts. wt. neutralizer, 8-10 pts. wt. n-butanol, 46-50 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 20-25 pts. wt. tetramethylol methane, 20-25 pts. wt. triallyl cyanurate, and 2-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Used as antistatic acrylic resin. ADVANTAGE - The anti-static acrylic resin: has excellent compactness, and low expanded thickness; and improves flame resistance of coatings; and the method is simple, safe, and energy-saving and has wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the resin comprising (i) adding n-butanol in a reaction kettle at room temperature, heating to 90-100 degrees C, and stirring uniformly, (ii) adding methyl methacrylate, n-butyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, isobornyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate and di-benzene monomer, and graphene oxide, stirring uniformly, (iii) uniform speed dropping methyl methacrylate, n-butyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, isobornyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, and benzoyl peroxide for 2-3 hours. raising temperature to 120-130 degrees C, preserving heat for 3-4 hours, reducing temperature to 70-80 degrees C into water, reducing the temperature to 40-50 degrees C, adding neutralizer, stirring for 40-50 minutes, and (iv) adding ammonium polyphosphate, tetramethylol methane, and triallyl cyanurate, stirring for 30-60 minutes, discharging and packing.
