NOVELTY - Preparing micro-supercapacitor with three-dimensional high-energy density induced by laser induction involves (a) using Hummers method and hydrofluoric acid etching method to prepare graphene oxide composite film and MXene dispersion, (b) transferring obtained interdigital electrode to polyimide, dropping ionic liquid as electrolyte, using solid electrolyte film to cover, taking copper foil as lead-out wire, using conductive silver paste to connect electrode material with copper foil, and using green oil to solidify, and (c) peeling MXene-GO composite film from aqueous filter film and transferring to a harder substrate, placing electrode material in a laser working area, locating, focusing and marking. USE - The method for preparing micro-supercapacitor with three-dimensional high-energy density induced by laser induction and can also be used in intelligent electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, good repeatability and high precision, realizes integration, and different voltage and current outputs.
