NOVELTY - A DNAzyme single molecule connecting component based on graphite electrode comprises graphene transistor device array having graphene transistor comprising grid electrode, source electrode, drain electrode and conducting channel which is graphite alkene. A channel is being provided on the graphene. The DNAzyme is connected with the source electrode of the graphene transistor and vertical to the drain electrode vertical. USE - A DNAzyme connecting component based on single molecule based on graphite electrode. ADVANTAGE - The DNAzyme connecting component provides for detection with high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - DNAzyme single molecule connecting component based on graphite electrode comprises graphene transistor device array having graphene transistor comprising grid electrode, source electrode, drain electrode and conducting channel which is graphite alkene. A channel is being provided on the graphene. The DNAzyme is connected with the source electrode of the graphene transistor and vertical to the drain electrode vertical.
