NOVELTY - A molybdenum disulfide/phosphorus doped graphene electrochemical composite electrode preparation method involves dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding quaternary phosphine salt , molybdate and sulfur source and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is subjected to hydro-thermal reaction, cooled and centrifuged to collect solid product. The solid product is washed, dried, and heat-treated in argon gas atmosphere to obtain molybdenum disulfide phosphorus-doped graphene composite nano material, which is provided as storage active material. USE - Method for preparing molybdenum disulfide/phosphorus doped graphene electrochemical composite electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing molybdenum disulfide/phosphorus doped graphene electrochemical composite electrode with simple structure, in an easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A molybdenum disulfide/phosphorus doped graphene electrochemical composite electrode preparation method involves dispersing 20-60 mu mol/L graphene oxide in water, adding 10-180 mu mol/L quaternary phosphine salt , 10-60 mu mol/L molybdate and sulfur source and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is subjected to hydro-thermal reaction at 220-240 degrees C for 24 hours, cooled and centrifuged to collect solid product. The solid product is washed, dried, and heat-treated in argon gas atmosphere at 700-800 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain molybdenum disulfide phosphorus-doped graphene composite nano material, which is provided as storage active material for preparing composite electrode.
