NOVELTY - Wearable woven bag comprises 110-130 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 20-25 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 13-16 pts. wt. wearable components, 1-3 pts. wt. antiaging agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The wearable component is prepared by (S1) mixing coupling agent KH-560, absolute ethanol and deionized water, adjusting the pH to 8-9, magnetically stirring, adding silicon carbide fibers, stirring and reacting at 60-65°C for 4-5 hours, filtering, washing the filter cake and drying to obtain epoxidized silicon carbide fibers, and (S2) mixing epoxidized silicon carbide fibers, core-shell particles and dimethylformamide, adding potassium hydroxide after ultrasonic dispersion, raising the temperature to 85-90°C, stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours, filtering, washing the filter cake and drying to obtain the wearable component. USE - The wearable woven bag e.g. snake skin bag for containing and packaging various articles used in industrial field, including food products, medical products, and household products. ADVANTAGE - The wearable component has silicon carbide, graphene oxide and aluminum oxide, and has high dispersibility, which can overcome the problem of poor wear resistance of traditional woven bags.
