NOVELTY - The circuit has a circuit layer (102) that is formed on a substrate. The circuit layer is provided with an optical device layer comprising a graphene photoelectric device (201). An electrical interconnection is set between the optical device layer and circuit layer. The optical signal transmitted in the optical device layer is converted to electrical signal for transmitting to circuit layer, and the electrical signal transmitted by the circuit layer is received at same time. The conversion of optical signal continues to be transmitted in optical device layer. USE - Single chip photoelectric integrated circuit using graphene photoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene photoelectric device is adopted which is compatible with the integrated circuit, and simply achieve relatively complete, low cost, good compatibility of monolithic optoelectronic integration.
