NOVELTY - A solar cell preparation method involves preparing graphene by chemical vapor deposition, transferring to conductive glass with 1-5 layers and preparing precursor solution of perovskite material at concentration of 70-80%. The precursor solution is evenly coated on the conductive glass by spin coating technique at certain rotation speed followed by preparing light absorbing layer and evaporating a layer of gold or platinum counter electrode on the light absorbing layer by vacuum thermal evaporation or electron beam evaporation, such that preparing perovskite solar cell. USE - Method for preparing solar cell e.g. perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing solar cell with increased photoelectric conversion efficiency by cropping solar spectrum by changing size of quantum dots and wavelength range absorption and improving absorption efficiency of solar spectrum.
