▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing zinc sulfide quantum dot and reduced graphene oxide composite material using metal organic framework as precursor involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in anhydrous methanol and stirring, then adding zinc nitrate hexahydrate and continuously stirring for 12-24 hours, dispersing 2-methylimidazole in anhydrous methanol to obtain clear and transparent solution, quickly pouring the transparent solution into turbid liquid, continuously reacting and centrifuging to obtain mixture of ZIF-8 and graphene oxide, dispersing the mixture of ZIF-8 and graphene oxide in absolute methanol and ultrapure water, then adding thioacetamide and reacting at 30-50 degrees C for 4-12 hours and centrifuging to obtain zinc sulfide quantum dots and graphene oxide composite, and calcining zinc sulfide quantum dots and graphene oxide composite in argon gas. USE - The method is useful for preparing zinc sulfide quantum dot and reduced graphene oxide composite material using metal organic framework as precursor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and convenient preparation of zinc sulfide quantum dot and reduced graphene oxide composite material using metal organic framework as precursor with excellent optical properties and hydrogen catalytic photolysis aquatic activity under mild condition.
