▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell cathode catalyst comprises (i) removing surface oxide layer of block red phosphorus and grinding to obtain red phosphorus powder; (ii) heating the red phosphorus powder, tin and stannic iodide under the vacuum condition, cooling and washing to obtain the block black phosphorus and grinding to obtain the black phosphorus powder; (ii) adding the black phosphorus powder into N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone solution, peeling ultrasonically under inert gas condition, collecting the supernatant for further continuous ice bath ultrasonic and centrifuging to obtain black phosphorus nano-sheet material; and (iv) mechanical ball milling the black phosphorus nanosheet material and graphene sheet material activated by alkali liquid under the condition of inert gas to obtain the composite material precursor. USE - The method is useful in preparing high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell cathode catalyst is useful in military power supply, portable power supply and fixed power station. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell cathode catalyst with excellent electrochemical activity, utilization rate and stability, improved oxygen reduction activity and electrochemical stability.
