NOVELTY - OLED display device comprises: a lower film (800) including a first area having a first modulus and a second area having a second modulus different from the first modulus; a light absorbing layer (700) disposed on the lower film, where the light absorbing layer is configured to absorb UV light; a substrate (100) disposed on the light absorbing layer; a thin film transistor (200) disposed on the substrate and including a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode; and a LED disposed on the thin film transistor and electrically connected to the thin film transistor. USE - The device is useful: in electronic devices e.g. computer, notebook, mobile phone, smartphone, smart pad, portable media player, PDA, MP3 player; as organic light emitting display device; and for displaying an image for providing visual information to a user. ADVANTAGE - The device: exhibits high quality characteristics e.g. low power consumption, high luminance and high reaction speed; reduces the polarization of the polyimide; reduces the occurrence of an afterimage effect; prevents the first barrier layer and the second barrier layer; decreases polarization of substrate by the UV light; and improves an afterimage effect; has a self-emission characteristic; and does not require a separate light source.
