NOVELTY - A cathode material comprises nitrogen-doped graphene-coated lithium iron phosphate cathode material. USE - Cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material has good conductive path for lithium iron phosphate, and good magnification performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cathode material comprising dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding nitrogen source, and stirring to obtain first mixture; dispersing lithium source in deionized water, adding phosphorus source and iron source, adding to first mixture, stirring, and drying to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene-coated lithium iron phosphate precursor; and preheating, calcining to 650-900 degrees C at heating rate of 2-5 degrees C/minute for 2-5 hours under inert atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature.
