NOVELTY - A conductive polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) material comprises 72-80 pts. wt. PBT, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. tea saponin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. brominated polystyrene, 0.8-1 pt. wt. potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate, 3-4 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 1-2 pts. wt. 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleyl imidazoline, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. sodium persulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 1000, 0.6-1 pt. wt. polyimide, and 1-2 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent in which processing auxiliary agent contains 1-2 pts. wt. tricalcium silicate. USE - A conductive polybutylene terephthalate material for vehicle, electric appliance, and machinery parts. ADVANTAGE - Conductive polybutylene terephthalate material reduces surface resistivity of substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A conductive polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) material comprises 72-80 pts. wt. PBT, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. tea saponin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. brominated polystyrene, 0.8-1 pt. wt. potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate, 3-4 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 1-2 pts. wt. 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleyl imidazoline, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. sodium persulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 1000, 0.6-1 pt. wt. polyimide, and 1-2 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent in which processing auxiliary agent comprises 1-2 pts. wt. tricalcium silicate, 2-3 pts. wt. tamarind gum, 1-2 pts. wt. silicone masterbatch, 2-3 pts. wt. dioctyl sebacate, 2-3 pts. wt. oyster shell powder, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. ammonium tungstate, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline, and 1-2 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane and is prepared by mixing oyster shell powder and silicone masterbatch, stirring, adding dioctyl sebacate, heating and mixing at 50-60 degrees C for 2-4 minutes, adding polydimethylsiloxane, stirring and dispersing at 200-300 rpm for 7-10 minutes to obtain premix, mixing tricalcium silicate and ammonium tungstate, milling, adding premix and remaining raw materials, and stirring. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive PBT material which involves mixing graphene and brominated polystyrene, stirring, adding ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 3-7 minutes, adding polyethylene glycol 1000, stirring to room temperature to obtain 1st material, mixing tea saponin, 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleyl imidazoline, and epoxidized soybean oil to obtain 2nd material, mixing with 1st material and remaining raw materials, adding to double-screw extruder, pulling into strips, cooling, pelletizing, and drying.
