▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Wrinkled graphene fiber comprises graphene sheet which is obtained by depositing graphene sheets with defects under capillary force. USE - The graphene fiber is useful as flexible electrode material in wearable energy storage devices. ADVANTAGE - The non-woven fabric increases specific surface area, increases network connectivity structure of both high electrical conductivity and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene fibers, comprising (i) conducting continuous wet spinning with a graphene oxide dispersion uisng spinning solution, (ii) allowing resulting graphene oxide fibers at room temperature for more than 12 hours and drying under vacuum at not greater than 80 degrees C for 3hours, (iii) immersing dried graphene oxide fibers in hydrothermal kettle filled with water and carrying out hydrothermal treatment at 80-200 degrees C, and (iv) drying in air and depositing graphene fibers on graphene oxide sheets; (2) high-performance non-woven fabric of graphene fibers, comprising graphene fibers which are overlapped to form a network and fusing graphene fibers at the lattice nodes with each other; and (3) preparing high-performance non-woven fabric of graphene fibers, comprising grinding graphene fibers after the hydrothermal treatment in aqueous solution to a short length of 1-7 mm using high-speed shear mixer, depositing fibers on filter screen and drying in air to give a non-woven fabric of graphene fibers.
