NOVELTY - The production method of graphene-based polyurethane composite material involves ultrasonically dispersing oxidized graphene in ethylene glycol, and adding water, polyvinyl alcohol, molybdenum disulfide, vinyl tri-n-butoxy silane, octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide and N-methylpyrrolidone solution, stirring, adding isocyanate and vitamin C, heating, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol and drying, adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate, naphthalene-1,5-diisocyanate, polycaprolactone polyol, polyoxypropylene polyol and 1,4-butanediol polyoxalate. USE - Production of graphene-based polyurethane composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene-based polyurethane composite material ensuring excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of graphene-based polyurethane composite material involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing oxidized graphene in ethylene glycol at volume ratio of (1-3):(2-5) and adding water to obtain mixed solution, the concentration of graphene oxide solution is 2-20 mg/ml, adjusting pH of solution to 10-13, adding polyvinyl alcohol, molybdenum disulfide, vinyl tri-n-butoxy silane, octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide and N-methylpyrrolidone solution, stirring well, adding isocyanate and vitamin C, heating at 85-110 degrees C for 8-20 hours, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol to neutral and freeze-drying to obtain modified graphene, (2) adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate, naphthalene-1,5-diisocyanate, polycaprolactone polyol, polyoxypropylene polyol and 1,4-butanediol polyoxalate to mixed solvent of dichloromethane and butyl acetate, heating with stirring at 65-95 degrees C, adding 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, 4-acetylaminosalicylic acid, 4-glycidyl diaminodiphenyl methane and glycerol, stirring well, adding modified graphene and isooctyl dimethyldithioglycolate, uniformly dispersing under nitrogen atmosphere, heating with stirring at 75-95 degrees C for 3-10 hours to obtain product, (3) placing the product of step (2) on a plate, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours and placing at room temperature for 3 days.
